You can trust that your stars will be painted, processed and safely delivered. Our website is connected to FedEx in real time and our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your shopping cart including dimensional weight.

We make every effort possible to save you money on shipping rates without sacrificing quality.  We do not try to make money on shipping rates but we don't want to lose money either.  For larger orders we will refund you if our shipping expense is lower than what you paid.

• Most stars are shipped to the lower US 48 states only.  For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Military IPO addresses, and international orders contact us first.  We do not ship to PO boxes.
• Our #1 carrier is FedEx and we always ship your items insured no matter which carrier we use.
• We use USPS in some cases when we ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.  These areas must have prior approval from us.
• We also use UPS Freight for larger orders and you will be notified the cost prior to shipping.
• With our FedEx system you will receive an automated tracking number when your star is packed and loaded on the drivers truck. Please make sure your email address is accurate when placing your order.
