Our 30 day return policy is simple!
If you are dissatisfied with your metal star for any reason, you can return your star for a prompt refund or exchange. That's it, simple!

Should you want to return your metal star please follow the instructions below.

• Contact Metal Barn Stars within 30 days by phone 419-610-6163.
• Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
• Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
• The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
• Please keep and use ALL boxes and packing materials for your return.
