Why should I register and create an account?
There will be a link in your email receipt for you to login to your account and check on your order status at any time. As we process your order we continually change the status of your order.
After logging into your account you will see "Your Order Is Being Painted", "In Progress" "Ready To Ship", and "Shipped ". When your order is shipped it will have a tracking number. We keep you posted and in touch!
When returning to place an order login to your account for easy ordering and faster checkouts. You will not have to fill in your billing and shipping info again. You can also go back and view your complete order history, print receipts, and other features.

What type of payments do you accept?
You can pay securely using Visa/Master Card, Discover, and PayPal! We do accept money orders and personal checks. Payment by personal check will delay your shipment by approximately ten days to allow your check to clear.

When will my items be shipped?
Metal barn stars are painted for you and shipped within 10 days. We stay stocked in unfinished stars and when you place your order we custom paint it for you and then we need time for it to dry before packing and shipping.
Please note during peak periods which includes all holidays it may take longer to process your star order. Please order in advance during holidays and special events such as birthdays, anniversaries, house warming gifts, etc.

YES! The metal is cut and bent by our Ohio Amish Friends and then we paint them to order for you.

How do I assemble my metal barn star?
Our larger metal stars 32" and above require quick and easy assembly. The stars have pre-punched holes and matching screws are provided. We do this because of the shipping rates, it saves you ALOT of shipping costs.
